Looking for a Community-Minded Housemate – Reduced Rent in Morristown ($1,250/mo)
Hi everyone!
We're looking for a new housemate to join our inclusive coliving community at Cohome in Morristown.
This is a little different than a traditional room rental. In exchange for being an active member of our community, you'll receive a private bedroom for $1,250/month (all utilities included) in our beautiful Victorian home just two blocks from downtown Morristown. Cohome is a non-profit advocating for mainstream coliving. Cohome is offering a unique fellowship to offer this reduced rent opportunity.
As a Residential Fellow, you'll:
• Participate in two community activities each week (Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM)
• Help foster a welcoming, inclusive community
• Assist with light household responsibilities
• Complete a fellowship project that aligns with your interests and helps advance Cohome's mission
The home includes:

âś” All utilities included
âś” Laundry on site
âś” Shared kitchen, living & dining spaces
âś” Driveway and street parking
âś” Household supplies provided
âś” Walking distance to downtown Morristown, restaurants, shops, parks, and the train station
This opportunity is ideal for graduate students or professionals who care about inclusion and community. Many of our Fellows have backgrounds in education, healthcare, psychology, social work, nonprofit leadership, public policy, architecture, design, and related fields—but what's most important is a genuine interest in building an inclusive community where adults with and without disabilities live together as peers.
