It was a privilege to attend the AgWest Regional Conference in Couer d'Lane and participate on a panel discussing the meaningful impact AgWest has made in the lives of children and families in foster care in Idaho.
We were grateful for the opportunity to share firsthand stories from The Village and to illustrate how AgWest’s investment is translating into real support, dignity, and opportunity for children in foster care. Being able to connect the generosity of their members and organization directly to the lives of children was especially meaningful.
A sincere thank you to the AgWest Blackfoot team—Derek, Amy, and the entire LAC committee—for believing in our mission and nominating The Village for this incredible grant. We recognize the time and effort that went into advocating for our organization, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who placed their trust in us and in the work we are doing.
We were honored by the warm welcome and hospitality extended to us throughout the conference. More importantly, we left with an even greater appreciation for what is possible when businesses, community organizations, and individuals come together around a shared commitment to strengthening our communities.
