Fidelity Health Care has received the Home Care Elite Top 25% in the United States for 2012. This is the 7th year for this award and the 6th for Fidelity. A company called OCS (Outcomes Concept Systems) in Seattle completes this assessment annually. A total number of over 10,000 agencies across the country met minimum criteria to be evaluated. Of these agencies, the Top 25% (2,546 agencies) are recognized. OCS also identifies the Top 500 and Top 100. Fidelity was recognized as being in the Top 500. This award is based on CMS publically reported measures including; quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, process measure implementation and financial management. We are breaking down the data now, but it appears there were only 148 agencies in the Top 25% in Ohio. A total of 41 agencies were in the Top 500 in Ohio. There were only 7 agencies in the Dayton and Cincinnati area that received the Top 500 and 0 agencies in the Top 100. This is a great accomplishment for Fidelity
