This Thursday, FRC will be joining conversations with county Financial Workers and Case Aids along with state staff from relevant programs (MFIP, CSP, & MN Benefits) with a focus on understanding how the systems can improve so we can best show up for the people we serve.

MN Story Collective is gathering stories from navigators, and case workers along with individuals who have tried accessing services alone or with help. Those stories will help inform our conversations by providing human experiences behind the systems that would otherwise go unheard.

Please consider sharing a story using this link and share widely with anyone you know who might have a story to share. Stories do not have to be exciting or shocking to be relevant and meaningful – we just need to hear what the human experience really is like for people who navigate these systems in order to better inform how we might improve them.
