Mental Health Day in the Park is THIS Saturday! We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us for a day of connection, community, and caring for your mental health. Here’s what you can look forward to:

✨10:00 AM – Event begins
✨10:30 AM – Yoga session
✨12:00 PM – Lunch available
✨1:00 PM – Live acoustic music
✨2:00 PM – Event concludes

📍 Viking Ship Park (near the Hjemkomst Museum)
🚗 Parking available in the main museum lot
🌦 Rain or shine. Dress for the weather!

📣 Don’t forget: water, sunscreen, and a yoga mat or towel if you plan to join the session.

Stop by for a little while or stay all day. Either way, we’re so glad you’ll be part of this meaningful event. Let’s come together to support mental health in our community.

8th & Main Nutrition will be hosting a Pop-Up Hydration Station at the event this month. Featuring Power Teas (clean energy, zero sugar) and caffeine-free hydration options, they will be offering refreshing options as you connect with resources in the F-M Area.

We're excited to have them join us and to see the beverage options they bring!

We are excited to announce another activity happening at Mental Health Day in the Park. We will be welcoming musician Christianna Rhea as she performs a collections of her favorite songs.

Christianna Rhae is an acoustic artist from Minnesota Lakes country! She plays a variety of music including new and old country, classic rock and pop music.

Heart & Soul Community Café will be joining us in two ways later this month. Not only will they be participating in the resource fair, but they will also be providing meals for community members.

There will two options:
➡Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich
➡Mediterranean Wrap

We wanted to take a moment to highlight one of the activities taking place during Mental Health Day in the Park.

✨Lucent Yoga & Fitness is helping make this event a success by providing an outdoor movement/yoga session.

Lucent is a studio where you can find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. We are so excited to have them with us!
