Yesterday, we welcomed Dr. Colin Irvine as the incoming president of Concordia and we couldn't be more excited!

Dr. Irvine will be starting this summer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community.

Earlier today, we named Dr. Colin Irvine as the 12th president of Concordia.

“I have always been a teacher who cares intensely about learners of all backgrounds and who believes that, at its core, education represents the opportunity and the obligation to passionately pursue one’s vocation in service to the self and others,” Irvine said.

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Michael Chan as the Executive Director of Faith and Learning at Concordia starting next June!

He brings a wealth of a knowledge, alongside years of interfaith dialogue experience to this new role to guide our programming.

We are excited to announce that Dr. Michael Chan will become the Executive Director for Faith and Learning at Concordia College effective June 1, 2022.

In Dr. Chan’s own words, “Concordia College daily prepares students whose lives and work will impact the affairs of this world in meaningful ways. One significant element of that preparation involves creating diverse opportunities for the entire Concordia community to explore complex questions related to faith, vocation, and justice. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate in the shaping of those conversations by providing leadership to a number of key programs within Concordia's rich educational ecosystem."
