Mission Statement
The Hunter Dean Temple Foundation is dedicated to inspiring hope and healing for individuals living with anxiety

by promoting creative, holistic paths to wellness. Through the Hunter Dean Temple Art Scholarship, we empower aspiring artists to use their talents as a tool for self-expression, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Our mission is to raise awareness that anxiety can be managed through art, therapy, and other healthy alternatives, helping individuals discover life-giving solutions that do not rely solely on medication and the risks of addiction. Vision Statement
We envision a world where every person struggling with anxiety has access to healthy, creative outlets that foster healing, reduce dependency on addictive substances, and build a stronger sense of purpose and community. Our Hunter Dean Temple Art Scholarship supports aspiring artists, showing that creativity and therapy can be powerful alternatives to medication and addiction. This week, one of our foundation members received an invite to experience the 2026 Pride Exhibition Community Art Show at The Pop Gallery at Blue Goose Art Supply. The exhibit beautifully showcased how art, creativity, and self-expression can give voice to an often-marginalized group to bring them healing and reinforce their sense of worth in the community. It was a prime example of the kind of good works Hunter Dean Temple Foundation hopes to do for those living with anxiety and other mental health challenges once we’ve raised enough money to build Hunter’s Dreamhouse. Major props to for the community building they are doing in Rock Hill, and we look forward to building Hunter’s Dreamhouse (which will include gallery and studio space) to follow their example in the Mooresville area in the near future.
