👀 BIG things are happening at Sandhills Friends! October has been a big month for us, and we’re excited to share a little sneak peek of what’s ahead!

For the past four years, Sandhills Friends has grown from a small text group into a community of over 500 members. What started as a grassroots effort has continued to grow, thanks to the amazing families, friends, volunteers and community partners who have supported us and been part of the journey. 💚✨

Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter as Sandhills Friends | Community in Motion, a newly incorporated nonprofit organization, and we’re establishing a permanent home! 🏡

Having a dedicated space will allow us to expand our community programming, support groups, intergenerational activities, family-friendly events, homeschool sports programs, lending library, resource-sharing opportunities, and so much more!

We have lots to share in the coming weeks, but for now, here’s a little peek at what’s to come!
