📜 Constitution Week 2026
🇺🇸 Celebrating America 250

09/17/2026

Happy Constitution Week! Today marks the beginning of a tradition the DAR has proudly led for 70 years: celebrating September 17-23 as Constitution Week, a time to honor the United States Constitution and the freedoms it protects.

On this day in 1787, the Constitution was signed in Philadelphia at 4:00 pm, and church bells rang out across the city to mark the moment. Join us in the tradition of Bells Across America by ringing a bell for one minute at 4:00 pm EDT today to herald the start of Constitution Week.

🇺🇸 Lots of exciting things are happening in Star City! 🇺🇸

Make plans to join us on Saturday, June 13th for Community Patriotic Day as we come together to celebrate our nation, honor our veterans, and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

While you’re here, be sure to visit the Traveling Memorial presented by the Arkansas Run for the Fallen. This powerful tribute honors Arkansas service members who gave their lives in service to our country and provides a meaningful opportunity for reflection and remembrance.

Bring your family, invite your friends, and spend the day celebrating patriotism, community, and the heroes who have helped preserve our freedoms.
