✨We are trying to create fun and safe spaces for our teens.

✨OVERTIME was a safe, fun, and free place for them to unwind after the game from 9 p.m. to midnight. We had basketball, gaming stations, photo booths, food, and a great DJ! Everything was designed to provide our teens with a positive and supervised environment to hangout with their friends.

✨A huge thank you to the City of Montgomery Parks and Recreation-MGM, New Home Mt. Meigs, & Pastor Lee B. Walker Jr., the Mayor's Young Professional Council-Montgomery, Al, & Rashad Provitt for allowing Girls on FIRE to join in for this fun-filled event.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Singleton Schreiber for their generous donation of bikes and gift cards for our Annual Back to School Bash giveaways!

Because of their kindness and commitment to our community, some lucky students and families left with huge smiles on their faces as they prepare for a successful school year. Your support helped make this event even more special, and we are truly grateful for your partnership and investment in our youth.

Thank you to Melanie Hogan and WVAS 90.7 - FM for having us on this morning to discuss the upcoming Annual Back to School Bash!

Parents can gather information about the school year, while students can enjoy interactive fun games.

This event is a collaborative effort between:

We all have 1 goal: connecting families with resources and helping students walk into the new school year prepared & confident.
