We wrapped up the year with our favorite young ladies at West End Boys & Girls Club. These ladies definitely kept us on our toes from start to finish! 💕🔥

It has been such a joy pouring into each of them, and we pray our mentors have planted seeds of confidence, strength, and wisdom that will that they will carry with them.

On Wednesday, our mentors had the incredible opportunity to participate in Career Day at LIFE Academy, and the impact was truly unforgettable. Watching empowered women pour into the next generation through encouragement, wisdom, and real-life experiences was inspiring to witness.

Representation matters, and seeing strong, confident women share their journeys reminded students that their dreams are possible and their futures are bright. Moments like these plant seeds of confidence, leadership, and purpose that can last a lifetime.

Thank you to every mentor who showed up, shared their story, and helped ignite passion and possibility in our students. The future is brighter because of women who lead, inspire, and uplift.

Today marked our final session of the semester with our amazing ladies at Bellingrath Middle School 💚

This year, we poured into topics like self-control, setting goals, loving yourself, establishing healthy boundaries, bullying, being a leader & personal hygiene.

We established Girls on F.I.R.E. to be more than just a program, but to also be a safe space. We want to build confidence, make sure our girls feel like their voices are heard, and their self-esteem is strengthened.

Our girls are leaving not only with tools to grow, but with trusted mentors they know they can talk to, lean on, and be encouraged by.

We are so proud of each young lady and excited to see them continue to walk boldly in who they are becoming.

March is Women’s History Month. As a major part of our initiatives we celebrate the power, resilience, and impact of women who have paved the way before us.

This month, our girls learned about influential women leaders from all walks of life and explored the qualities that make a strong leader such as confidence, courage, integrity, and compassion.

More importantly, we reminded them that leadership doesn’t start “one day”… it starts right now. Each of them already has the power to make a difference in their schools, their communities, and the world.

The future is bright because they are in it. ✨

We were thrilled to see some of our favorite GIRLS ON FIRE from Chisholm Elementary today. These amazing young ladies also participate in the District Attorney’s Office ILEAD program.

Today, they had the exciting opportunity to step inside a real courtroom and perform a mock trial. They had the opportunity to play the roles of the Judge, Bailiff, Court Reporter, Defense Attorney, Prosecutor, witnesses in the case, and even the jury. They absolutely rocked it as usual! 💜💕🔥

What did we do last month???
We talked about LOVE💗

We focused on Healthy Relationships — and that means ALL relationships: friendships, family, and even those “romantic” ones.

We talked about the importance of setting boundaries and knowing your worth.

Our girls learned that real love is not confusing, controlling, or conditional.

We even discussed how to spot “green flags” and “red flags” in friendships.

💕 Remember: Love is Respect.
And you deserve that — every single time. Don’t settle for anything less.

Today some of our mentors had the joy of visiting Chisholm Elementary School and seeing some of our favorite students to participate in Read Across America Week! 📚✨

There is nothing more powerful than seeing young minds light up through the magic of reading. As Dr. Seuss said, “The more that you read, the more things you will know.”

Yesterday, Girls on F.I.R.E., Inc. had the honor of attending the graduation for the Boys & Girls Club SMART Girls program and what a beautiful celebration it was! 👑✨

When our programs chose to work together, it was with one shared mission in mind. Because of this partnership, we’ve been able to offer broader experiences, stronger mentorship, and deeper support for the amazing young ladies we serve.

Both programs exist for one reason: to empower girls to see who they are, believe in who they can become, and walk boldly toward their future.

And to top off the night, each young lady received a tiara — a reminder that they are already queens. 💖💜👑
