Not everything needs to be said.

Sometimes we feel like we have to defend ourselves, explain ourselves, tell everybody what happened, or give somebody “a piece of our mind.”

But Proverbs 29:11 reminds us that wisdom also knows when to be quiet.

And that includes what God reveals to us. Not every insight needs an audience. Not every thought needs to become a conversation. Not every disagreement requires a response.

Before your words turn a spark into a fire, ask God for the wisdom to know when to speak and when to be quiet.

This week's Wednesday Words of Wisdom is one many of us probably need. Watch the full message on YouTube. https://youtube.com/shorts/lDzux9A9yTU?feature=share

If you're asking God for more wisdom over your words, comment “WISDOM.”

Tomorrow the calendar flips to September.

Before we rush into what’s next, take a moment and look back.

Somewhere in your summer, God was faithful.

Maybe it was an answered prayer you had almost given up on. Maybe it was unexpected provision. Or maybe His faithfulness looked much more ordinary.

A fridge full of groceries.
A loud house.
A child who still wants your attention.
A bill that got paid.
A day you somehow found the strength to get through.

Not every moment was good. And gratitude doesn’t require us to pretend that it was.

Sometimes praise is simply looking back at a season that was both beautiful and hard and saying:

“God was here, and I don’t want to forget it.”

“Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”
**Psalm 103:2**

There’s something powerful about those words: forget not.

The difficult things have a way of writing themselves into our memories. Sometimes we have to remember the blessings on purpose.

So before September begins, let's make a "Summer Praise Report".

What is one thing God did this summer that you don’t want to forget?

Big or small, share yours in the comments. Let’s fill this comment section with reminders of God’s faithfulness.

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning." — Lamentations 3:22-23

“ Your pain is a teacher”. Do not let yesterday run your life today.
Use the lesson and leave the heavy hurt disappointments, pain & rejections behind. The Lord can turn your broken pieces into a MASTERPIECE ‼️

Sometimes the answer isn’t to figure everything out. Sometimes the answer is simply to call on God.

Jeremiah 33:3 says:

“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

When you can’t see what’s next, when you don’t understand what’s happening, or when you’ve run out of answers, remember this promise.

You may not know. But God does.

Call on Him. Talk to Him. Trust Him with what you cannot see yet.

Have you ever looked at caller ID and decided you just didn't want to answer?

Jeremiah 33:3 reminds us that when we call on God, He promises to answer:

“Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.”

Don't assume God doesn't hear you. He knows your heart and what you're going through. He still wants you to call on Him.

If you're calling on God today, comment “I'M CALLING.”
