Please take some time to read this great article written by the VP of the NP School Board, Christian Fusco who has proven time and time again that he will stand up to hatred and bigotry.
Thanks Christian Fusco, North Penn School Board Director for turning campaign promises into action.

In Fall of 2021, in the midst of a contentious reelection campaign for the North Penn School Board, a member of the community and co-chair of the Montgomery County chapter of Moms for Liberty read an excerpt from George Johnson’s memoir, “All Boys Aren’t Blue”. The chapter she read described...

This evenings chosen topic is CRT and it’s intentional misuse for political gain. Vote November 2nd for NP Neighbors for Progress….
Wait, our apologies we have just been told NP Views/Stronger is removing politics not motivated by it.. we meant financial gain.
Enjoy.

This is a great read while you prepare for the election. The last year and a half has been rough on all of us. The current board is not perfect, they make mistakes at times but are the clear choice moving forward. They have performed their duties under the stress of doing the right thing during a pandemic and the duress of constant attacks from some at the board meetings. We are not talking about angry parents, they absolutely should get their say. If the majority of the people screaming at board meetings cared about what’s best for the district they would approach this differently. Citizens voices are being silenced not by the board, but by the unnecessary noise. Let your voice be heard loud and clear November 2nd and vote for the NP Neighbors for Progress. Post-election hold them them accountable for their decisions and how they impact the community, teachers and students in a meaningful and civil way. Voting for the other slate will set our community back rather moving forward.

Opinions expressed in the Op/Ed section of The Knight Crier are not necessarily reflective of the views of the entire staff of the KC. The rampant and severe politicization of our educational institutions has placed a staunch distrust in the hands of those tasked with representing student and parent...

There is no better (or more important) time for healing and civility in our community than now. We all need to see through the hate and look at the facts. Please review the platform of the North Penn Neighbors for Progress https://npneighborsforprogress.com/our-platform The North Penn for Civility team would really like the community to block out the noise and look at the platform with a clear head. Regardless of your political affiliation, their platform is based on meeting the needs of the students, teachers and community. Vote November 2nd and then work with the school board to help them continue to fulfill their promises.

This platform is a reflection of our priorities as School Board Directors, an accounting of the progress we’ve made over the past four years, and a look forward at the progress we plan to continue bringing to the North Penn School District.

💙Civility and science prevail! Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and add a voice of reason to Thursday's school board meeting. A special shout out goes to our rising senior students who, in a room brimming with tension, had the courage to speak from their hearts in overwhelming support of protecting our community. And a special thank you to our school board who, despite enduring weeks of low-brow insults and attacks, stuck to their morals and made the right decision to protect our children. That, is the opposite of fear. That is true servant leadership.

A week after a raucous work session featuring altercations among parents, the board in Montco’s largest district voted unanimously to require masking.
