Every month we host a mental wellness ballroom dancing event at the Langley Senior Center in Monterey Park, a chance for community members to build both social and physical resilience alongside each other! For Thanksgiving, there was a gratitude table where participants came and wrote down what they were thankful for. Our next ballroom event will be on Thursday, December 19th. We hope to see you there!
