Boys and Girls ages 5-17 will be broken into these age groups: 6u, 8u, 10u,12u, & 17u.

Boys and Girls ages 3-4 will participate in “Little Flag Pullers.”

🚨NFL FLAG has arrived in Northeast Louisiana!🚨

NFL FLAG leagues are no contact, giving boys and girls of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, competitive, and welcoming environment.

The league is for athletes ages 4 to 17 years old across NELA. Games will be played in Monroe. Registration will open in May 2026!

NELA Flag Football offers fun and competitive play for ages 3-17! 🏈

Boys and girls ages 5–17 are grouped by age divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 17U. Our youngest athletes, ages 3–4, can get started in our “Little Flag Pullers” program that is focused on fun, fundamentals, and building confidence from the very beginning!
