GALA NOTES & TIPS 📝

> Below is a map of the area around Aubrey Hall <

🟥 Red boxes are around available public parking lots in the area!
🟢 The green line is an alley way that connects Art Alley and the parking lot marked! Feel free to use this to cut through to the venue! This is a large parking lot that can likely accommodate all of our guest.
🔵 The blue line marks a path OVER RAILROAD TRACKS that connects from the north parking lot to the venue, if needed.

The gala starts at 6pm and guest will be permitted to enter promptly at 6pm, but not before.

There is an elevator needed to reach the hall. There will be an attendant at the elevator with an entry sheet - please give your names, and they will allow you to proceed!

A cash bar provided by Iron Cactus will be available at the start of the gala, prices are as follows:
Beer $3
Wine $6
Mixed Drinks $9
Margaritas $10

Dinner is expected around 7pm and will be a self serve Mexican buffet provided by Avocado’s Mexican Restaurant.

We will have king cakes and cupcakes available for desert.

Our incredible DJ will be providing a light show throughout the night! Please be aware as strobe lights may trigger seizures.

Our live auction will begin at 9pm hosted by our own, Mike Karstendiek! If you haven’t yet, please scroll through our page for a sneak peek at some of our auction items! All proceeds from this auction benefit your Monroe Moccasins Viper Club.

Promptly after our auction, we’ll crown our 2026 gala king and queen! 👑

Last call is at 10pm 🍻
