Vendor spotlight - Sky Evans
Sky has been a participant in the Alpine Holiday Festival since its very beginning at the old Alpine School where she taught art for several years. Her work hangs throughout the community as murals and signs, but it is her new mosaic style of painting that has jump started her life as an artist. She says, "I have been painting for 50 years now, but the reaction I get from my audience in regards to this mosaic style has been incredible! It's really invigorated my creativity. In the last two years, I have painted over 70 pieces and there's so much more I want to paint."
