Missions isn’t just about where you go. It’s about how you live wherever God has placed you.

Today we were grateful to hear from Doug and Amy Reichley as we wrapped up our GO series and talked about missions to the nations. Doug and Amy spent years serving on the mission field in Haiti, and they’ve continued that same heart for people right here in our community.

Their stories and experiences helped shape today’s conversation around the Great Commission and reminded us that following Jesus looks like living on mission where we live, work, and play.

We’re thankful for the way Doug and Amy continue to model that for our church family.

You don't need a plan to fly somewhere to be on mission, you're already surrounded by it. In Week 3 of GO, Pastor Robbie Foreman names the fear that keeps most of us quiet, the fear of saying the wrong thing, and makes the case that you're not responsible for closing the deal on someone's faith. Help Us Fill the Blessing Box

Throughout the month of August, we’re challenging our church family to help fill the Blessing Box.

The Blessing Box provides food for families in our community who may just need a little extra help. You can be part of it by dropping off non-perishable food items throughout the month.

Bring items with you on Sunday or drop them directly in the Blessing Box anytime.
A few cans, boxes, or bags may seem small, but together they can make a real difference for a family in our community.

Fantasy football is better with people you know. And maybe even better with people you don’t know yet.

We’re starting the Together Church Fantasy Football League with one simple goal: have some fun and get to know some people around Together that you may not know yet.

There are only 18 spots, and you don’t have to be a fantasy football expert to play. Pick a team, make some questionable decisions, talk a reasonable amount of trash, and meet some people along the way.

Because sometimes community happens in a Life Group. Sometimes it happens over coffee. And apparently, sometimes it happens when your running back gets you 2.7 points on Sunday.

You can prophesy. Cast out demons. Do miracles in Jesus's name.

And still hear him say, "I never knew you."

That's not a warning for outsiders. That's Matthew 7, and Jesus is talking to the most religious people in the room.
