❤️ RIVER BEND MINISTRIES IS PRAYING FOR YOU 🙏

To all the families and caregivers in the Florida and Alabama Panhandle affected by the hurricane, please know that you are not alone, and you are not forgotten. We are praying for you!
At River Bend Ministries, we are praying for every family, every caregiver, and especially every child. ❤️

We pray for peace in your homes, strength for parents, comfort for children, and help with every need. We pray especially for children whose routines have changed, who may feel overwhelmed, or who are struggling to adjust to new surroundings.

As a family who understands raising a child with special needs, we know how hard these changes can be. No power, disrupted routines, limited food choices, and picky eating can make an already stressful situation even harder. When a child depends on routine and familiarity, even small changes can feel BIG. We see you, and we understand. ❤️

But God! 🙌
Even in the middle of the storm, God is still with us. He is our refuge, our strength, and our help in difficult times.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

We pray that God will give your children peace, help them adjust to the changes, calm anxious hearts, and bring peace to your entire family. May He provide food, shelter, resources, strength, and the support you need for each new day.

🙏 You do not have to have it all together. Take one day at a time. Give yourself and your children grace. God sees you, He cares for you, and you do not have to walk through this alone.

MONDAY REMINDER: YOU ARE IN GOD’S HANDS. ❤️

You may not know how everything is going to work out.

You may not have all the answers.

But you can trust the One who does.
God has you in the palm of His hands.

Isaiah 49:16 reminds us that He has engraved us upon the palms of His hands.

So breathe.
Trust Him.
Keep moving forward.
You are seen.
You are remembered.
You are held.

What God is holding, He knows how to keep. 🙌❤️

What is MINISTRY?
Ministry isn’t just what happens behind a pulpit. Ministry is serving God by serving people.❤️

In Hebrew, one word connected to ministry is שָׁרַת sharath, meaning to minister, serve, attend to, or wait upon. Another Hebrew word, עָבַד avad, means to work or serve.

So what does it mean to SERVE?
It means I’m willing to use what God has placed in me to bless, help, encourage, carry, teach, build, and strengthen someone else.
A servant’s heart says:
💛 “How can I help?”
💛 “How can I make someone’s load lighter?”
💛 “How can I represent Jesus well here?”
And that applies everywhere; at church, at work, in your business, at home, in your marriage, with your children, and even in everyday encounters.

Jesus said:
“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.”
Matthew 20:26

And Scripture reminds us:
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
Colossians 3:23

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another.”
1 Peter 4:10

Your assignment today may not look “spiritual.”
It may look like answering the email with grace.
Helping a coworker.
Listening to your child.
Encouraging your spouse.
Serving a customer with excellence.
Making someone’s day a little lighter.
That is ministry too!

🙏 DECREE:
Today, I choose the heart of a servant. I will serve with humility, excellence, love, and joy. I will recognize opportunities to represent Christ wherever I go. What God has placed in me will become a blessing to others. I am not just looking for a platform, I am looking for people I can serve. My hands, words, gifts, business, home, and work are available to God. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Go serve somebody today. ❤️

MONDAY: GO! 🙌🔥

The word “GO” means to move, walk, proceed, or go forth. In Hebrew, הָלַךְ (halak) means to go, walk, journey, or move forward.

Jesus didn’t say, “Stay.” He said:
“GO into all the world and preach the gospel…” Mark 16:15

Our mission field isn’t only inside the church building. It’s the workplace. The grocery store. The neighborhood. The classroom. The coffee shop. Our families. Our friendships.

We carry the presence and message of Jesus wherever we GO!
-Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”
-Acts 1:8 “You will receive power… and you will be My witnesses…”
-Romans 10:14–15 “How will they hear without someone preaching?”
-Isaiah 6:8 “Here am I! Send me.”
-Luke 19:10 “The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
-Matthew 5:14–16 “You are the light of the world.”
-2 Corinthians 5:20 “We are ambassadors for Christ…”
-John 20:21 “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
-Colossians 4:5–6 “Walk in wisdom toward outsiders… Let your speech always be gracious.”

🔥 YOUR MONDAY CHALLENGE:
Ask ONE person today; a friend, coworker, family member, neighbor, or even someone you meet along the way:
“Is there anything I can pray with you about?”
You don’t have to preach a sermon.
You don’t have to have all the answers.
Just GO. Listen. Love. Pray. Be a light.

Your message is meant to move beyond the walls.

GO where God sends you. GO with compassion. GO with courage. GO with the Gospel. 🙌❤️🔥
