Do you know a student entering 9th - 12th grade who attends school in Moline? Then tell them to check out our new Youth Advisory Board!

The Youth Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity, providing our Department with valuable insight regarding youth programs and services in our community as well as provide input on potential projects within our parks system. Members learn various aspects of community leadership and serve as advocates for Moline’s youth, inform them of existing opportunities and listen to suggestions on what the Parks and Rec Department can do to improve its youth programs.

Established in 2023, the Friends of Moline Parks and Recreation Foundation was created to support the City of Moline Parks and Recreation Department and their mission to enhance community wellness and quality of life by providing diverse recreational experiences, exceptional park programs, and well-maintained facilities. The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, led by a 100% volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of Moline residents.
