MOCKSVILLE needs a COMMUNITY POOL! Our children deserve a fun place to play in the summer! Let's create some jobs, create a family environment, and have some fun!!

It is inconceivable that our town has no public swimming pool/recreation area. I want to start a grassroots effort to present to the Town of Mocksville and the Recreation Department showing the support of the town's citizens. It is a crying shame that I have to take my children out of the county if we want an afternoon of swimming. While we do have an indoor pool at the YMCA, that is only open to members and no one wants to swim indoors in the summer!
