All maintenance professionals attend for FREE - but you must be registered! Everyone else gets in for only $20.00 per person and this includes all your food and drinks. Encourage your staff to come celebrate all of our maintenance professionals.

This week, three affiliate representatives are attending the 2026 NAA Rental Housing Advocacy & Legal Summit (RHALS) on behalf of AAA.

RHALS brings together legal, government affairs, and affiliate professionals from across the nation to discuss emerging legislation, regulatory updates, and the future of rental housing advocacy.

Being part of these conversations helps ensure AAA stays ahead of industry changes, strengthens our advocacy efforts, and continues to protect the interests of our members and Alabama's rental housing industry.

We're proud to have our members representing AAA at this year's event and are grateful for their commitment to bringing valuable insights and knowledge back to benefit our members across Alabama.

🎉 Congratulations to Taylor Acton and Whitney Briones!🎉

The Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association is proud to celebrate Taylor Acton and Whitney Briones on their selection to the National Apartment Association (NAA) Advocacy Academy!

The NAA Advocacy Academy is a prestigious national program designed to empower emerging leaders with the knowledge, skills, and connections to become effective advocates for the apartment housing industry.

Taylor Acton, Operations Director at Lee & Hughes, LLC, Landlord-Tenant Attorneys, serves as Secretary of the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association Board of Directors.

Whitney Briones, with Real Floors, Inc, serves as Treasurer of the Alabama Apartment Association.

We are incredibly proud to see these outstanding leaders representing our local and state associations on the national stage. Congratulations, Taylor and Whitney! We can't wait to see all you accomplish through the Advocacy Academy! 👏
