Tonight’s Dinner & Learn brought together critical care nurses from across our community for an engaging presentation on hemodynamic monitoring in the ICU. From understanding the relationship between blood pressure and perfusion to applying advanced hemodynamic concepts at the bedside, our members left with practical knowledge they can take back to their patients.

A huge thank you to our speaker for sharing their expertise and to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to invest in continuing education and excellence in critical care nursing.

Our chapter continues to grow because of the passion and dedication of nurses like you. If you know a critical care nurse who would enjoy evenings like this, invite them to join us at our next event!

To all of our new physician residents...
Welcome to the ICU! 💙

You may know the textbooks, but we'll help you find the arterial line transducer, a patient's family member, and the elusive ultrasound machine that somehow disappeared five minutes ago. 😉

Don't worry if you don't know everything on day one; none of us did. Ask questions, listen, learn, and never hesitate to lean on your ICU nurses. We spend a lot of time at the bedside, and we're all working toward the same goal: giving our patients the very best care.

We'll celebrate your wins, help you through the tough days, and gently remind you that we never say the word "quiet." 😅
