✨ What a night! ✨

The Leadership Moniteau County Class III Launch Party was full of energy, connection, and inspiration.

We were honored to hear from Brandon Kliethermes, LMC Class I graduate, who shared his leadership journey and spoke openly about imposter syndrome. His words reminded us that even the most capable leaders sometimes question themselves, but real growth happens when we step forward anyway.

The setting couldn’t have been better. The Factory on Potato Chip provided the perfect backdrop for an intimate evening, and we were spoiled by the delicious creations from To The Table.

What a way to kick off Class III! 💡👏 We can’t wait to see what this group will accomplish in the months ahead.

Next week, our first session begins with Leadership 101 in Tipton, MO.
