We had a wonderful meeting with friends, food, fellowship, and a wonderful presentation about what it's like to live on a Native American reservation.

Our next meeting is set for Tuesday, October 7, 2025. We’ll gather at Spring Creek BBQ, 4895 Hwy. 6, Missouri City, TX 77459 in the meeting room.

Dinner & Social Time: 6:00 PM

Program:
WCMC member Candice Ayala will present “The Voices of Our Community: From the Navajo Nation to Quail Valley.” Just to add a little extra fun, everyone is encouraged to wear any Native American jewelry you may have, which will complement the evening's theme.

Donations:
This month, we are collecting for the Food Bank. Suggested items include:

Peanut butter & jelly
Cereal
Pancake & biscuit mix
Oatmeal
Syrup & honey

The Woman's Club of Missouri City got off to a great start after the summer vacation! Vice President Winni Petersons did an excellent job presiding over the meeting, and Membership Chair Cathie Plumb lead the group in a fun icebreaker. We meet the first Tuesday of each month at Spring Creek BBQ on Highway 6 in Missouri City. Dinner is at 6:00pm, and the meeting starts at 6:30pm. We'd love to see you there!
