March MCDI Meeting – 2026

What a crazy snow day for our board meeting last Saturday! ❄️ Thank you to everyone who braved the snow and came.

PRESIDENT RITA:

I was excited (and a little nervous!) because a famous Deaf vlogger, Tar, came to the meeting. I recently saw my son Levi telling his hearing friends about him in the car, so it was extra fun to see Tar there in person! It was great to see everyone. Thank you, Tar, for the advice and for sharing your knowledge with us.

We first met at a coffee shop, but the WiFi was very weak. Lesson learned: always double-check the WiFi! I thought nowadays it would be everywhere. Even with a hotspot, it wasn’t strong enough for all the Zoom participants. So we packed up and moved to a different location. Whew! πŸ˜…

Outside was muddy, slushy, and wet… but the snowy views were still beautiful. Classic Montana winter! β˜ƒοΈ

Please check the MCDI website for the meeting minutes. More updates will be coming soon. Also look at the resources section if you’re curious and want more information.
