MARS is part of the Missoula Gives 30-Second Ad Challenge, and we’d love your vote🗳️ You can vote once a day, every day, from NOW to Tuesday, April 14 until 5 PM. You can find the link to the ad challenge in our bio.

Time flies when you're having fun - we're halfway through our spring sled hockey season and have two more weeks to go! Come play or watch hockey with us Wednesday nights at Glacier!

Sled hockey is BACK!! We start tomorrow at 7PM (show up 45 minutes early for fitting) at 🏒This program is free for participants, open to all abilities and ages, and Glacier Ice Rink and MARS provide the equipment! We hope to see you there🥅

Disco Day🪩 Big shout outs to for inviting us, for transporting us, amazing volunteers who came from as far away as Livingston and Bozeman, and big love to for having such a fine mountain with incredible employees!
Everyone rolled out the red carpet for us and we are super stoked and grateful!

That’s a wrap on MARS Nordic this season!
We seriously had the best time with everyone who made it out, whether you joined as a participant or showed up to volunteer. Good people, good energy, lots of laughs, and plenty of snowy miles❄️
Winter definitely made us work for it. We only got 2 of our 4 planned days in, and we had to chase snow up to the Lolo Pass Visitor Center to make it happen. But everyone rolled with the changes and we still had an awesome time out there.
Big thank you to our volunteers, the Lolo Pass staff, and anyone else who had a hand in getting skis on snow. We are already looking forward to next season!

Likely heading back up to Lolo Pass on Feb 22 for our Nordic Skiing program!

*last year’s video* There’s a little less coverage this year, so we had to cancel yesterday’s Nordic ski day.
We are still planning on this Sunday, February 8th at Lubrecht. We’ll let you know about our upcoming dates if anything changes.

Our skiers still need snow to shred!! Please call your local meteorologist, do a powdery prayer and blizzard boogie❄️💃

We just got an awesome kids sit ski for our Nordic program! Does anyone have some skis they'd be interested in donating? We're looking for:

-classic skis between 160-180cm

-rottefella NNN bindings

Wow! Our volunteers are awesome🤟 We had such a great Nordic volunteer training last week. With people from all over the volunteer spectrum that were engaged and ready for some shredding!

Didn’t make it?
You can join us tomorrow night, Wednesday, January 21st! We will be in the conference room of the Gilkey Executive Education Building at 950 Arthur Ave. in Missoula. Training starts at 6:30pm.

We are so grateful to Tony Neaves for a great visually impaired Nordic ski training with the MARS crew. Clear, practical, and fun. We learned a ton and are ready to put it to work. We appreciate you, Tony!👏

Who’s ready to glide into winter with us?👽❄️
Adaptive Nordic Sundays are coming in February and we need volunteer legends to help participants get set up, get moving, and have a blast on the trails. No experience needed, we’ll teach you everything!
