🎓🐴 Congratulations to Our 17 Senior Mustangs! 🐴🎓

Today we celebrate an incredible group of young men who have left their mark on Mustang Football and our entire program. Through early mornings, long practices, hard-fought games, and countless memories, you have represented our team with dedication, perseverance, and pride.

As you turn the page and begin your next chapter, we want to wish each of you success in everything you do. Whether your path leads to college, the workforce, military service, athletics, or new adventures, know that the lessons you learned and the relationships you built here will stay with you for years to come.

Most importantly, we hope you carry the pride, tradition, and spirit of the Mustangs with you wherever life takes you. Once a Mustang, always a Mustang.

Thank you for your leadership, commitment, and the example you set for those who will follow in your footsteps.

💪🏈 Lift-A-Thon Success! 🏈💪

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored one of our players in today’s annual Lift-A-Thon fundraiser! Your support directly impacts our program and helps provide valuable opportunities and resources for our athletes.

More than 75 players showed up ready to work, compete, and push their limits. The energy in the weight room was incredible as our athletes demonstrated the dedication, discipline, and hard work they’ve been putting in all offseason.

We’re especially proud to recognize the 11 players who earned the prestigious All-American Lifter title today! To achieve this honor, an athlete must reach one of the following elite benchmarks:

🏋️ Power Clean: 300 lbs
🏋️ Bench Press: 300 lbs
🏋️ Back Squat: 400 lbs

These are outstanding accomplishments that reflect countless hours of commitment in the weight room.

Congratulations to our All-American Lifters and to every player who challenged themselves today. The work you put in now will pay off when it’s time to compete under the lights this fall.

Thank you again to our families, friends, and supporters for investing in these young men and our football program. 💪🔥

🏈 MUSTANG FAMILIES 🏈

Summer Camp starts June 22, which means all athletes must have their Athletic Clearance completed beforehand — including an updated sports physical.

If your athlete still needs a physical, this is a great option through the THHS Sports Physical Program sponsored by Clineva Urgent Care. This is especially helpful for families who may not be able to use health insurance or get an appointment with their regular doctor before camp begins.

📅 Physicals Available: June 13–21
📍 Clineva Urgent Care – Lake Forest
💲 $65 per student
✅ Proceeds benefit the THHS Athletic Department

Please don’t wait until the last minute. Athletes will not be able to participate in summer camp without completed clearance paperwork.

Be sure to:
✔️ Reserve a time slot using the QR code/link on the flyer
✔️ Bring the Sports Clearance Form with the first two pages completed and signed by a parent/guardian
