Junior Achievement Serving St. Joseph County Junior Achievement serving St. Joseph County's mission is to inspire and prepare young people to own their economic success.

JA is the world's largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers, and provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from K-12 knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Mark your calendars for March 17โ€“18, 2027, as JA JobSpark North Central returns to the Century Center in South Bend!

We're excited to once again bring together thousands of local 8th and 9th grade students with businesses and professionals from across North Central Indiana for two days of hands-on career exploration!

From healthcare and manufacturing to technology, construction, business, and more, students will have the opportunity to discover exciting career paths and connect what they're learning in the classroom to their futures.
