✅ Clinicians need clear guidelines for use - The Alzheimer's Association released the first and more are coming
✅ Tests must be validated in diverse populations and health conditions
✅ ALZ is leading global research to standardize and improve these tests

Who doesn't love a brain healthy snack?
A new study published in Neurology followed nearly 28,000 adults over 25 years and found that those who ate 50g+ of high-fat cheese daily had a 13% lower risk of dementia, while those consuming 20g+ of high-fat cream daily saw a 16% reduction.
Diet is just one factor in brain health, but this research invites us to think about the role of nutrition in dementia prevention.

People who regularly ate higher-fat cheese and cream had a lower risk of dementia over 25 years, while low-fat dairy and other dairy foods showed no clear association.
