Reliable, centralized statistics on pagan discrimination are difficult to find because official national hate crime databases generally lump non-mainstream religions into an "Other" or "Unknown" category. However, surveys conducted by pagan advocacy groups highlight significant rates of social, workplace, and systemic prejudice.Specific insights into these experiences include:

General Interpersonal Hostility: Sociological research on religious hostility indicates that individuals belonging to "other" religions (a category heavily represented by Pagans and Wiccans) are significantly more likely than Christians to report experiencing verbal insults (44.1%), being threatened with violence (16.0%), or being chased or followed (10.4%).

Workplace and Public Life: According to data from the Scottish Pagan Federation survey, over 40% of respondents reported experiencing direct discrimination because of their faith. Many practitioners hide their beliefs, a practice colloquially referred to as being "in the broom closet," to avoid social ostracization, job loss, or harassment.

Family and Childcare Stigma: The same Scottish survey found that nearly 45% of Pagan parents feared their children would be bullied or harassed if their schools found out the family's religious practices, and some advocacy cases involve social services unfairly questioning parental fitness based solely on religious grounds.

Institutional and Military Accommodations: While public awareness is growing, institutional friction remains. For instance, the U.S. Navy processes hundreds of religious accommodation requests annually (covering specific grooming or dietary needs), though pagan-specific requests have historically seen high approval rates when properly documented.

A shining and windy day upon the Isle of Silver, Wyrdhof stands flowing. Sweet breads and meads sit upon a single table, where a people gather in sacred meadow. The crackle of the fire, the lapping of the water, but most importantly; the echos of joyus laughter and hearty cheer from there and all around sounded. Spring uplifts and flourishes both Nature itself and the People that celebrate it, making this is opportunity to grow.
So even with the sun setting down the day, casting twilight upon an essence of Ambitions and Achievements, we disperse without a loss of momentum, driving forward, thriving naturally towards our next step.

Much appreciation and gratitude goes out to everyone who Attended and Volunteered to show efforts and support for these new tools of Community/Tribe Building. Together we can create and stabilize the future for us and those after us. Thunor Gelhalga Uus!
