East Bank Neighborhoods Welcome to the official page of the East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership. linktr.ee/EastBankMPLS Former site of the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association.

We represent the Nicollet Island - East Bank, Marcy-Holmes (Dinkytown), University, SE Como, & Mid City Industrial neighborhoods. In 2025, we will merge with the Nicollet Island-East Bank, Southeast Como, Mid-City Industrial, and University neighborhoods. Our website will be live in the coming weeks, although we can currently be found at www.marcy-holmes.org. When our new website is fully functional, we will be found at www.eastbankmpls.org. Stay tuned for big changes.

This week, volunteers joined the East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership and the MPRB to build new raised garden beds at Van Cleve Park as part of a Good Neighbor Fund-supported project.

These new raised beds will become home to native pollinator plants that support bees, butterflies, and other important pollinators while adding beauty and biodiversity to the park. The project also includes improvements to make the garden area more accessible, including ADA-compliant mulch pathways and a welcoming gathering space.

What was once an overgrown and underused space is now a functional rain garden that helps protect local waterways while beautifying the neighborhood.
