Help She Rock She Rock Find a Year-Round Home!
We're looking for a permanent headquarters for She Rock She Rock- a place where we can store equipment and host workshops, classes, rehearsals and jam sessions.
Here's what we're looking for:
🎵 1,500–2,000+ sq. ft. (closer to 2,000 is ideal)
🎵 Heat & A/C
🎵 ADA accessible
🎵 First floor preferred, or a freight elevator if it's in a multi-story building (we're constantly moving musical equipment)
🎵 A space where we can make some noise
🎵 About 20 parking spaces available after 4pm on weekdays and on weekends (on-site or nearby street parking is fine)
🎵 Maximum budget: $2,800/month all-in
We need our own dedicated headquarters, but because we'll mostly be using it after 4pm on weekdays and on weekends, we could be an excellent tenant in a mixed-use commercial or office building.
Preferred locations: Minneapolis and the first-ring western, southwest and northwest suburbs (preferably areas like NE Mpls, Prospect Park, St. Anthony, Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Crystal/New Hope, St. Louis Park, Richfield, Edina, etc). The biggest priority is that it's in a location where our students can safely arrive and leave after dark.
