2026 Trap Shoot!
Join Us for the 98th Annual MDDS Trap Shoot!

Whether you've never held a shotgun or you could give Annie Oakley a run for her money, the MDDS Trap Shoot is the perfect day away from the clinic. Shoot clay targets, share laughs, and reconnect with colleagues in a relaxed, outdoor setting — then wind down over a BBQ dinner and a cold drink.

Where: Metro Gun Club, Blaine, MN
When: Friday, August 14, 2026, 10:00 a.m.

All participating dentists, students, and guests are eligible for trophies, awarded during the Social & Awards Dinner at 5:00 p.m.

It was an exciting night at the 2025 MDDS Annual Installation and Guest of Honor Recognition event at the Edina Country Club. MDDS also celebrated its 100th Anniversary. This year’s Guests of Honor were Dr. Mark and Dr Joey Omlie! Newly installed officers were Dr. Robert Springer—President Elect, Dr. Kirsten Langguth—Vice President, and Dr. Paul Peterson—President. Thank you to Dr. Tasha Strait for her year of service as MDDS President.
