Today I had the opportunity to stand with the members of Teamsters Local 320 as they continue fighting for a fair contract.

These workers keep our communities running every day, and they deserve fair wages, affordable healthcare, and working conditions that reflect the value of the work they do. When people who do essential jobs speak up for fairness and respect, they deserve to be heard. I hope a fair resolution is able to be reached soon.

As your next State Senator, I'll continue fighting for policies that strengthen workers rights and ensure that every Minnesotan can earn a good living.

🚨🚨STRIKE ALERT🚨 🚨

The Teamsters don’t cross picket lines and we don’t leave fellow union members to fight alone.

Teamsters Joint Council 32 proudly stands with the Minnesota Nurses Association and the nurses at Hazelden Betty Ford who have been forced to call an unfair labor practice strike.

Workers deserve respect, safe working conditions, and employers who bargain in good faith. When those rights are violated, working people have every right to stand together and demand better.

President Tom Erickson has formally notified MNA that Teamsters Joint Council 32 and our affiliated local unions stand in full solidarity with their members throughout this labor dispute.

Solidarity is the foundation of the labor movement. Today, we stand with Minnesota’s nurses. Tomorrow, they’ll stand with us. That’s how unions win.

An injury to one is an injury to all. ✊

📣 Teamsters Joint Council 32 Candidate Screenings Alert

Candidates seeking endorsement from Teamsters Joint Council 32 DRIVE are invited to participate in our next round of candidate screenings on **Tuesday, July 7, 2026**.

To begin the endorsement process, candidates must complete the screening sign-up form:

After submitting the form, candidates will receive a link to complete the Teamsters Joint Council 32 candidate questionnaire prior to their screening.

• Available time slots will be removed from the sign-up form as they are selected and times are subject to change.
• Additional screening dates will be added following July 7.
• Completion of the sign-up form is required before a questionnaire will be sent.

Tom has spent decades fighting for working families, strengthening our union, and giving Teamsters a powerful voice in Minnesota and across the country. His election is a testament to the respect he has earned from Teamster delegates nationwide and the leadership he has demonstrated throughout his career.

TIME FOR A UNION MEMBER IN CONGRESS!

Kaela For Congress is one of us.

She authored our bill that outlaws forced attendance at captive audience meetings. This Bill put an end to the union busters who try to poison our organizing campaigns.

It’s not all about the chili. It is about her character as a leader. She understands the sacrifices that union members make for their families because she is one.

Minnesota Teamsters are endorsing Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) in the race for governor. With more than 50,000 members and retirees across the state, Teamsters Joint Council 32 is proud to be one of the first unions to show its support for Klobuchar in this race.

“Senator Klobuchar is undoubtedly the most qualified candidate to restore Minnesotans’ confidence and trust in government,” said Tom Erickson, President of Joint Council 32 and Central Region International Vice President. “She has always fought to prioritize workers’ interests, led with integrity, and possesses the necessary experience to effectively serve Teamsters as governor.”

🚨NEW MEMBERS ALERT🚨

Another organizing victory for the Teamsters. Congratulations to the workers at King’s Road Merch on voting overwhelmingly and unanimously to join Teamsters Local 970! Every single vote cast was a YES vote for union representation.

These workers distribute merchandise for major bands and artists, including Dropkick Murphys, moving everything from T-shirts and vinyl records to merchandise shipped to fans across the country. Now, they’re standing together to demand the respect, protections, and strong contract they deserve.

When workers are united, companies listen. A unanimous union vote sends a clear message: workers are tired of being undervalued while corporations profit off their labor. They want fair wages, job security, good benefits, a voice on the job, and they know the Teamsters are the union that fights to win.

The labor movement is growing because working people are fed up and ready to organize. Welcome to the Teamsters family, King’s Road Merch workers!

Nestlé is actively engaging in union-busting at facilities where workers represented by Teamsters Local 238 are fighting for a voice on the job — a direct contradiction of the company’s own global commitments to respect the right to organize.

The Teamsters are calling on Nestlé to immediately end all anti-union activity and adopt true neutrality and card check recognition nationwide. Workers deserve the right to decide their future free from coercion, intimidation, or delay.

If Nestlé continues to ignore its workforce and hide behind its carefully crafted public image, it will be forced to answer for that hypocrisy. Teamsters across North America are prepared to take coordinated action to expose the gap between what Nestlé says and what it does.
