Your support of MN Egg Mutual Aid now goes even further!! We're joining forces with educators at nearby schools who started grassroots efforts just like ours to keep students and their families fed and housed.

Together, we are pooling our resources so we can ensure the same zero-overhead model and no-barrier philosophy: if a student's family needs help, we help. And every dollar we raise goes directly to supporting them!

Join us for a FREE family-friendly event on No Kings Day, March 28th! Have some springtime fun, be in community, and help us take care of our students and their families.

MN EGG volunteers will have stickers and coloring pages to giveaway for the kiddos, and opportunities for you to help support our community. Bring a grocery or gas gift card, enter our raffle for gift baskets with local goodies, or take home some community-focused art with a donation!

🏠️ We have just over 1 week left before April rent is due, and are short of our $10, 000 fundraising goal. Any donation, small or large, is going 100% to rent relief right now, please share!

🛒 As more families are feeling safe enough to be out in the community, we are transitioning from home grocery delivery to providing gift cards for them to do their own shopping. Volunteers will be at The Gym - Boltz’s Family Martial Arts Academy's egg hunt this Saturday, collecting gift cards and handing out goodies! Hope we see you there!!

❤️ Some GOOD news: Some of our families are feeling safe enough to leave home again, returning to school and a more normal life.

🏠️ Rental assistance continues to be the top need for our impacted communities. We appreciate many of our state and local representatives pushing to get formal rent assistance funds - but if they do pass, it will be months before our families are able to access those funds.

🚨 Update on March Rent 🚨 We are about $8400 out from our $10k goal for March 1 - We can do it! 100% of every donation goes to the families of our students who are sheltering at home.

A bit more about our families: One is a family of 5 staying in a 1-bedroom apartment so that they can also afford medical care for a parent. Their apartment building is directly across from one of the hotels housing ICE agents, and they have been sheltering at home since December for fear of being separated.

Your donations make it possible for us to help them pay rent, bring groceries and other essentials, and help remove a bit of the worry and fear they're experiencing right now. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped us keep this going for 2+ months! Let's keep it going!

We still need $9400 by March 1 to cover rent for our students' families!

Rent and bills still have to be paid every month, and we have several families who have reached out for assistance. We want to be able to cover all of them - and we need your help to get there!

Our small team of teachers, social workers, and parents appreciates every dollar donated! Donations have slowed in the past few weeks, but the need is still there. Donate or share this week to help us reach our goal!
