In a ‘Terrific Collaboration’, the Cultural Arts Foundation of Douglas County joined forces with Partnership Douglas County to produce the first of many Mini Concerts featuring the Youth Bands of Douglas County. The outside area of DST Coffee was ‘packed’ with fans of ‘Tall Man’ Jack Tolbert, the Band Aelius, and the Band Casino Youth. This is a first for DC as we elevate Arts & Culture with a Mini Concert featuring some ‘excellent’ young local Musicians. DC has some of Northern Nevada’s ‘Best’ Performing Artists.!

The Cultural Arts Foundation of Douglas County ‘hosting’ a Christmas Party at Woodett’s. All part of raising the visibility of Arts & Culture in Douglas County. A full house of the outstanding performing, visual, fine, and theatrical Artists who call Douglas County home. With talented singer/musician Adrienne Souder, the ‘famed’ Singer/ Musician and leader of the best ‘Dance Band in Northern Nevada’, Monique DeHavilland, and Lisa Whear, the talented wife of Harp Player Todd Whear. A ‘Great Night’ in Douglas County surrounded by Art & Culture.!
