On 58th and Hampton in Milwaukee, 27-year-old Bronte Simmons was tragically killed.
He was at home when he heard gunshots and went to see where they were coming from. In that moment, he was suddenly shot—a single gunshot wound to the head—taking his life instantly.
Someone was taken into custody hours later, but due to a lack of evidence, they were released just days after. The only description of the shooter is that they were driving a black truck.
Since then, there have been many rumors and theories—but no justice. No answers. And no one held accountable.
Bronte was a loving father of two and someone who showed up for the people he loved. His life mattered. His family deserves answers.
