Sigma Alpha Ignite Day 3: From Ignite to Impact ✨

Saturday was all about turning growth into action.

We started the morning grounded in gratitude before diving into the Chapter Excellence Program (CEP) — focusing on what chapter excellence truly looks like and how to bring it to life. Through CEP in Practice and CEP in Action, we worked through real strategies to strengthen our chapters with intention, accountability, and purpose.

The afternoon challenged us to think critically during CEP interviews and reflect during Pulling It All Together — connecting everything we’ve learned throughout Ignite. We didn’t just talk about excellence — we built plans to implement it.

We closed the day celebrating wins during Huddle Celebrations, recognizing the impact already being made and the leadership still to come.

Sigma Alpha Ignite Day 2: Accountability & Team Leadership 🔑

Friday was all about stepping into our roles with confidence and responsibility. From sharing innovative ideas during The Big Idea Exchange to diving into integrity and follow-through in Your Word Is Golden, we were reminded that leadership starts with keeping your word.

Through Leaders in Action and the Accountability Lab, we put principles into practice — working through real scenarios and learning how to hold ourselves and our sisters to a higher standard. Growth requires action.

We wrapped up by focusing on what it takes to move from individuals to truly effective teams — built on trust, communication, and shared purpose.

Day 2 pushed us to be intentional, dependable, and united. 💙🔥

We kicked off Ignite by diving deep into what it truly means to grow as Sigma Alpha leaders and sisters. From reflecting on who we are and building a framework for intentional leadership, to powerful conversations about valuing every sister and creating inclusive chapters—Thursday challenged us to think differently and lead boldly.

We learned.
We reflected.
We connected.
We showed up for each other.

And we wrapped it all up with an energetic Sigma Alpha Showdown that brought the fun and sisterhood full circle. 💛
