First of all, THANK YOU for those participating in this year's run/walk which is two days away (rain or shine). Registration will start a 8:15a and the run will begin at 10a sharp. Around 9:15a, Becky A (Yoga facilitator) from Ascent Wellness will do a light stretching/yoga for anyone interested in joining. MGSN will have coffee for everyone (until gone), sandwiches/pizza after the race/award ceremony for participants. Will be giving out medals for the top three males, females and non-binary participants. Also, MGSN will have cans of beer and sodas for "donations" (until gone), Beer $5 and sodas $2. Lastly, we will have a 50/50 raffle and silent auction on Sunday, ticket will be drawn after award ceremony. $5 1- ticket, $10 - 3 tickets and $20 - 8 tickets, no need to be present to win. (cash or credit cards). After 50/50 ticket is drawn, we have two gift boxes from Penzey's spices to give away. There are three gift baskets up for silent auction at the event as well, winners will be announced after the 50/50 raffle.

Vivent Health will have a van present to do testing for anyone looking to be tested (rapid HIV, etc). Ascent Wellness will have a van to promote their organization and all it has to offer..
