A Humbling Reminder of Why We Serve ๐
At our recent monthly S*x Trafficking Awareness & Prevention Event with America Works, intersecting with SAAM Denim Day, I was reminded once again that this work matters.
As a vessel for healing, education, and advocacy, I never take for granted the opportunity God has given TeamTeal365 to serve survivors, thrivers, and our community.
One of the most touching moments was receiving a handwritten thank-you letter from an attendee. That simple act of gratitude spoke volumes and reminded me that sometimes the greatest impact happens one life, one conversation, and one connection at a time.
For years, TeamTeal365 has worked to ensure survivors are not only supported but empowered to thrive. Whether through awareness events, support groups, prevention education, community partnerships, or advocacy, our mission remains the same: to create pathways for healing, hope, and restoration.
To the individual who took the time to write that letterโthank you. Your words are a reminder that every effort, every resource shared, and every safe space created can make a difference.
We are grateful to be community partners, advocates, and vessels of change. Most importantly, we give God all the glory for allowing us to walk alongside survivors on their journey from surviving to thriving.
Ps, my blazer is a Blessed by Design original!

I LOVE us and all we do for the community to be seen & heard.
