In honor of National Breastfeeding Month, we're launching a special fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $1,600 by August 31—$100 for each year AABN has served as an anchor for families in our community. Every contribution helps us continue providing education, advocacy, lactation support, and culturally responsive care for parents and babies who need it most.

Together, we can remain rooted in care, rise in love, and lift up every baby!

African American Breastfeeding Network 100% supports Open Letter to Bobbie! Add your name, your organization!
We're joining partners across the country in sharing an open letter to Bobbie in response to its recent marketing campaigns and growing presence within maternal and infant health advocacy, breastfeeding support, paid parental leave initiatives, and public policy. Our concern is how Bobbie increasingly positions its brand within trusted maternal and infant health spaces, particularly those established to improve breastfeeding outcomes and reduce longstanding health inequities among Black families and other historically marginalized communities in ways that can blur the line between commercial advertising and community-centered support.
