Important update for the Kansas Clinic!!

If you have already made hotel reservations, please do not change or cancel them. Your existing reservation is fine.

For anyone who has not yet reserved a room, please disregard the La Quinta booking link sent in the previous email. That link is no longer active.

La Quinta has changed the reservation process and is now asking students to call the hotel directly to reserve their rooms.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburg
Rate: $139 per night

When calling, please let the hotel know you are attending the Honor Guard Clinics & Schools event.

Holiday Inn Express – Pittsburg is also an option for anyone still needing lodging. They are unable to offer a dedicated room block because of another large event in the area that weekend. Their current rate for Friday and Saturday nights is $179 per night, and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have not yet made your hotel reservation, please do not delay.

In case you missed it, registration for the Salt Lake City Clinic is open! The clinic takes place November 5 - 7, and registration closes on October 5.

The Kansas Clinic is officially full! We currently have a waitlist established, so if you were not able to get a spot, feel free to join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we will let you know!
