Legal Aid MKE The Legal Aid Society is a non-profit serving the legal needs of low-income Milwaukee County residents.

The mission of the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee is to provide equal access to legal representation to advance a more just Milwaukee. Legal Aid helps low income residents of Milwaukee County with Landlord/Tenant issues, Social Security problems, consumer law issues, foreclosures, civil rights violations, Chapter 7 bankruptcies, tax disputes, and other issues. We are partnering with Milwaukee Rental Housing Resource Center to help individuals currently looking to remove past evictions from their CCAP Search.

Our next free clinic is Wednesday, May 13, from 9am-4pm, at the Community Advocates building on 728 N James Lovell Street.

This event is currently open to individuals with dismissed evictions and completed payment plans only, and for Milwaukee County evictions only.
