BurningSNOW Center for the Experimental Arts We are an Art Center devoted to the Experimental Arts, combining technology, arts, and culture.

The BurningSnow Center is an art center, gallery, and meeting space located in Riverwest, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Originally conceived as a year-round meeting and building space for Burning Man artists, it has now expanded to welcome Makers, Burners, and artists of all stripes. We are pretty much always building some crazy thing or another, which might need welders, artists, electronics people, writers, idea-people... you never know.

August 3-- Final Camp, Village and Block plans
August 10-- Divvy up the stuff; who is bringing what?
August 17-- Help us pack up and load the Camp infrastructure
August 24-- at Burning Man
August 31--at Burning Man
September 7-- Help us unload and sort the stuff, and pizza party!

Partial Project Iist for Clevian Camp as of May 1 2025:

Total re-do of our "Super Bar" central sound and lights system.

Total re-do of Camp kitchen with built-in cooktop, sink, and greywater evaporation provision.

Redesign of interior interactivity environment with new saturated U.V. lighting and projections.

Upgrade interior shade structure with reflective white coating for better lighting.

Improved signboards for our schedule of activities.

Hi Burner friends!
Here is your invitation to the Orphaned Burnered Xgiving Din at the BurningSnow Center in Milwaukee. This Sun 11/26 starting 6pm.

*Did you burn something this Xgiving, but not too much?
*Did you make too many deviled eggs?
*What is it about those vegetable plates?
*And those cranberries. OMG,.... those cranberries.

We have a long sideboard table for your offerings (please just one or two) Our volunteer chef-artists may also compose micro-plates from these offerings and serve them.

Other tables will be set around cafe style for people to eat, drink, meet, and jabber!

Let's all help Leave No Trace from our Xgiving dinners, by doing some Gifting and Participation!

Burning Man is coming up in four weeks. If you have been sitting on the fence, now is the time to decide! Imagine: access to a ticket. A ride out there, co-driving. A camp on the Esplanade, which is as good as it gets. Surrounded by Wisconsin people. A camp with no camp fees. Just help out.
