Now Enrolling Serious Business Professionals, owners and Employers who actually have a legitimate business and is looking currently hiring Must offer an actual job experience, skills and employment.

Must understand how to work with people from different backgrounds and understand community dynamics!

‼️Limitations advised for childcare owners & Adult Family Homes. Only enrolling owners who have current employees on payroll!

Benefits:
We will pay a subsidized wages ($580) for up to 5 people to work for you!

Save your payroll and tax fees for up to 5 months

Employers can add to the wages, we encourage you too!! However Employers are not required to provide wages.

Employment is available for up to 40 hours a week;

Workforce Development is very challenging right here in Milwaukee,WI

You have to crawl before you walk; Sometimes programs support and supplement your needs and development, but it takes a “person” to do the extra work to make effective progress.

Citizens of Milwaukee do not want to DO anything, individuals are too entitled and inspiring to become a CNA, or a Custodian!! Declining job offers bc your food share decreases🥴shouldn’t be a factor of “Not Working at All” Let’s focus on Skill sets, asking me for $17.00 a hour or more$$ without any training, skills or attitude adjustments is creating a pathway towards defeat. Securing the higher paying jobs only for “you” to quit bc of rent assistance/ or child support issues is plaguing our communities with the lack of income and sustainability! No, this isn’t survival mode, scammers or bots…Its p**s poor mentality!! It’s okay to seek help, but be realistic about your goals!

The lack of soft skills, hard skills & sense of entitlement creates this stigma about it being hard to work for a “black woman” in power!

I encourage a lot of these “said” black employers to take advantage of our professional development course! Now Available for $250 up to 3 weeks of PD modules, training, templates and proven methods for success Building.

I read a response from an employer to the employee & I am Appalled 😳😡 Reassuring me that the management is definitely the problem!
