🏈 MILTON TITANS PRACTICE UPDATE

After giving it some thought, we’ve made the decision to cancel practice tonight.

Unfortunately, we’ve had an upper respiratory virus making its way through our team. We currently have five players and coaches, including Coach Billy, who have come down with it.

Between the virus spreading through the team and today’s rainy weather, we feel the best decision is to give everyone a night off to rest and recover.

With our STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME coming up Saturday, our number one priority is getting everyone healthy and ready to go!

We know how hard these kids have worked all season, and one more practice isn’t worth risking additional players getting sick. Sometimes the best thing we can do for our team is give them a chance to rest, recover and get healthy.

We’re asking all players to take care of themselves, get plenty of rest, stay hydrated and come Saturday ready to compete!

ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL. ONE MORE GAME!

Let’s get healthy, Titans!

TITAN UP! 🛡️🏈

🏈 MILTON TITANS SPONSORSHIP SPOTLIGHT! 🏈

Today we’re showing some love to TWO more incredible local businesses that stepped up to support our Milton Titans football program!

🍔🍻 THE POUR HOUSE – SOUTH BURLINGTON

A great local spot to grab a bite, catch a game, and enjoy some time with friends and family! We’re incredibly thankful to The Pour House for stepping up and supporting our young athletes. It’s businesses like yours that help make youth sports possible and give our kids opportunities to grow both on and off the field!

🍕 MR. MIKE’S PIZZA – BURLINGTON

Who doesn’t love a great slice of pizza?! Mr. Mike’s has been a familiar name in downtown Burlington for years, and we’re proud to have them supporting the Titans! Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or feeding the whole family, show them some love and support a business that’s giving back to our kids!

❤️💛 COMMUNITY SUPPORT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

Building a successful youth football program takes more than just players and coaches. It takes an entire community coming together, and we’re incredibly fortunate to have businesses like these in our corner.

From the entire Milton Titans organization, our board, coaches, players, and families, THANK YOU to The Pour House and Mr. Mike’s Pizza!

We encourage all of our Titans families and supporters to return the favor. Stop in, grab something to eat, and let them know the Milton Titans sent you!

💛❤️ A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO SD IRELAND & COACH BILL BRIGHAM! ❤️💛

As we get ready for the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP, we want to give a huge shout-out and extend our sincere thanks to SD Ireland and Coach Bill Brigham for stepping up and helping make sure our Milton Titans had the lighting we needed to prepare for the big game!

SD Ireland generously donated one of the construction lights, and Coach Bill Brigham personally wrote a check to cover the rental of our second light. These contributions helped make it possible for our kids to get the preparation time they needed as the days get shorter. We can’t thank you both enough!

But there’s also a little Milton football history behind this thank-you!

Many know him as Coach Bill Brigham, but he holds a special place in Milton football history. Back in 1987, Coach Bill was hired as the very first head coach of the Milton Broncos. That decision was made by a group of dedicated individuals serving on the original Broncos board, people who believed in bringing football to Milton and creating something special for the kids in our community. They, too, deserve recognition for helping lay the foundation of Milton football.

Coach Bill later went on to coach at Milton High School, where he helped lead the program to a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP, along with a couple of runner-up finishes.

It’s pretty special to have someone who helped build Milton football from the beginning still stepping up to support the next generation of players.

From the Milton Titans players, coaches, board, and families, THANK YOU to SD Ireland and Coach Bill Brigham for your generosity and support!

Once a part of Milton football, always a part of Milton football!
