Blessings for Badges had the pleasure yesterday of presenting a plaque to Harrington Raceway & Casino for their support and generous donation of turkey for over 500 meals for our Kent County First Responders on Thanksgiving Day for the past five years.

As announced this morning by our Chairman & CEO Frank Siller on Fox & Friends, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation will pay off the mortgage held on the home of Delaware State Trooper Corporal Matthew Snook by New Year’s Day. Corporal Snook died a hero. He is survived by his wife and their one-year-old daughter.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and fellow officers for the fallen Delaware State Police Officer who was killed in the line of duty today. Heartbreaking news.

Meals were prepared and delivered to our First Responders in Kent & Sussex County, Delaware today for Thanksgiving.
We hope you all enjoy your turkey dinner. Thank you for all you do for our community.

Our condolences to the Wheatley family during their time of loss. Our VP Barry Wheatley loved his wife and children with all his heart. He spoke fondly of his family. Barry was our VP, distinguished and honored retired Police Officer, community member and all around appreciated by everyone he met. God wanted his Sgt home to keep watch from above. You will be missed by all of us left behind. Much respect sir.....you earned those wings time and time again.
