Dear Bulldog Community,
On behalf of the Millsap Athletic Booster Club, we are reaching out to ask for your support.
Over the past year, our Booster Club has proudly poured $31,500 back into all of our Millsap athletic programs!!!!
These funds directly support our student athletes, coaches, and teams. The majority of this funding comes from our concession stands, along with some additional support from our merchandise sales.
What many don’t see is the tremendous amount of work it takes behind the scenes to make this possible.
This past year, Candice and her family have put in more hours than can be counted—managing concession inventory, placing orders, picking up supplies, and making sure every stand was fully stocked for both middle school and high school events. Their dedication has been the backbone of keeping things running smoothly.
As for me, I welcomed a baby in September and have helped where I can, but my time has been limited.
Looking ahead to next year, Candice will have a senior and plans to step back to enjoy her son’s final year—and rightfully so.
This brings us to why we’re reaching out.
We need help.
Without additional support from our community, there may be times when you attend a game and the concession stand is not open. And when concessions aren’t running, funds are not coming in. That means when coaches come to us for support, we may have to say no—not because we don’t want to help, but because we simply won’t have the resources.
We believe in what this Booster Club does for our kids, and we know this community does too.
So we are asking—if you have any time or availability, please reach out. Whether it’s helping with concessions, organizing, inventory, or simply lending a hand where needed, every bit makes a difference.
Together, we can keep the Millsap Athletic Booster Club strong and continue pouring into our student athletes the way they deserve.
