Did she say pass it to the right or to the left???
We always laugh and have a great time when Chasity from PruittHealth Hospice and Palliative Care visits with us!

We would like to extend our appreciation to Walgreens Pharmacy for coming to our Senior Center and providing immunization shots for our seniors. Bringing these important services directly to our center makes it more convenient for our seniors to take care of their health and stay protected. Thank you for helping make a difference in the lives of our members.

Recently, we enjoyed a good time getting ready to cheer on the GA Bulldogs by wearing our red and black. To make the day even more special, we had Sam Eades entertaining us with some "golden oldies" while we were clapping and singing along. It was a fun filled day filled with great entertainment and Bulldog spirit!

We celebrated Grandparent's Day today and had a great time laughing and learning interesting facts about this day. It was even more fun if we got the chance to cut a rope loose from other ropes that were tied together and also had a prize attached to the other end of it. The only catch was the ropes were inside of a large trash bag with the rope ends poking out of the top of the bag. We could not see what prize was attached until the cut rope and prize hit the floor! Could it be a bag of chips, a candy bar or a b***y prize!

As we at the Senior Center remember September 11, 2001, our hearts ache for the mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, friends and neighbors who never came home. We remember the tears, the grief, and the unimaginable loss that forever changed countless lives. Through the sorrow, we also remember the extraordinary courage of ordinary people who gave everything to help others. Though the years have passed, the memories remain, and we honor those we lost by carrying forward their legacy of love, sacrifice, kindness, and hope. They may be gone from our sight, but they will never be forgotten.
