Please join us this Sunday (4/19) from 10:30am at UH Hilo Ka Haka ʻUla o Keʻelikōlani for our monthly Loochoo Studies workshop.

This month Norman Kaneshiro will extend a talk he shared at the 2026 Loochoo Identity Summit on the process of harnessing knowledge, skills, and experience to help create indigenous spaces by leading from behind. Morning presentation will be live streamed at https://youtube.com//live.

This will be followed by singing and uta-sanshin classes in the afternoon. See you on Sunday!
